I'm a product and service designer based in Sydney.
I'm a curious person that enjoys learning about people, and I hope to empower others through designing experiences that tailors to the users needs.
Currently a Business Analyst at Qantas, I'm looking to pivot back into service design and bring my creative and analytical skillsets together to create thoughtful, user-centred experiences.
I previously served as a Graduate Product Designer at Qantas, contributing to the discovery and design of digital solutions for airline customer support and the loyalty program.

Before Qantas, I was a multidisciplinary designer at a startup, whilst also studying a double degree in design and media.
